    Booking and Cancellation Policy
    All sessions must be booked in advance. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid cancellation fees.

    Booking Time
    The studio must be booked for a minimum of one hour. Please plan your session accordingly to make the most out of your reserved time.
  • 3
    Use of Space
    Each booked session entitles you to use the specified areas of the studio. Please stay within your designated zone to ensure privacy and space for other photographers and clients.

    Equipment Use
    Handle all studio equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage to the studio’s gear during your session. Familiarize yourself with the operation of lighting and other machinery, or ask for assistance if needed.

    Cleanliness and Tidiness
    Leave the studio as you found it. Ensure that all props and equipment are returned to their original place, and dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
  • 6
    Safety First
    No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in the studio. Follow all safety guidelines provided during your orientation, especially related to the use of electrical and heavy equipment.
